1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vitrix Technology ("we", "us") for the Arrowly mobile game and this website (together, "Arrowly"). By downloading, installing or playing Arrowly you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Arrowly.

2. Who can play

Arrowly is made for players 13 and older. Players under 13 may use Arrowly only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and the app limits features for them as described in the Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms, including for any purchase.

3. Your licence to use Arrowly

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Arrowly on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent, reverse engineer or redistribute Arrowly or any part of it, except where the law expressly allows it.

4. In-app purchases

• Arrowly offers optional purchases: hint packs (consumable), Remove Ads (a one-time purchase) and the Arrowly Plus subscription.
• All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their terms. We never receive your card details.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency, and may vary by country and change over time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. You can request a refund through your App Store or Google Play account.
• Remove Ads and Arrowly Plus can be restored on a new device signed in to the same store account using Shop → Restore purchases. Consumable hints that have already been used cannot be restored.

5. Arrowly Plus subscription

• Arrowly Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends if one is offered.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (iPhone) or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• When you cancel, Arrowly Plus stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Arrowly Plus currently includes no interstitial ads and unlimited hints. We may improve or change the benefits; if we make a change that materially reduces them, we will tell you in advance.

6. Hints and virtual items

Hints and other in-game items are a limited licence to use a feature in Arrowly. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold. Hints earned by playing or by watching optional reward videos follow the same rules.

7. Ads

Arrowly is free because it shows ads from Google AdMob. Some ads are optional "reward" videos that give you something in return, such as a hint. Remove Ads and Arrowly Plus remove interstitial ads; you can still choose to watch optional reward videos. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.

8. Nicknames, leaderboards and fair play

When you use leaderboards, your nickname and avatar are public. You agree not to:

• use a nickname that is offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonates someone else or contains personal information;
• cheat, use bots, modify the app, or exploit bugs to change scores or results;
• interfere with or try to gain unauthorised access to Arrowly, our servers or other players' data.

We may rename nicknames, remove scores or restrict leaderboard access for anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Progress and save codes

Your progress is stored on your device and backed up as a cloud save linked to a random save code. Keep your save code private: anyone with it can load your progress. We work hard to keep saves safe, but we cannot guarantee that progress will never be lost, for example if you delete the app without your save code.

10. Intellectual property

Arrowly, including its name, logo, levels, artwork, sounds and code, is owned by Vitrix Technology or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or content other than the licence to play described above.

11. Third-party services

Arrowly uses services provided by others, including Apple, Google (Firebase and AdMob) and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies, listed in our Privacy Policy.

12. Additional terms for the Apple App Store

If you downloaded Arrowly from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Vitrix Technology only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Arrowly or its content.
• Your licence is limited to using Arrowly on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Arrowly.
• If Arrowly fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for Arrowly.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to Arrowly, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory compliance claims, or consumer protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending or settling any claim that Arrowly infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent it does not conflict with these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

Arrowly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Arrowly will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vitrix Technology will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of Arrowly. Our total liability for any claim relating to Arrowly is limited to the amount you paid us for Arrowly in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

15. Termination

You can stop using Arrowly at any time by deleting it, and you can erase your data with Settings → Delete my data. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive termination.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where Vitrix Technology is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
