Arrowly Privacy Policy

Arrowly never asks for your name, email, phone number or a password, and you never need an account to play. Here's exactly what the game does collect, and why.

Effective date: October 14, 2026 Developer: Vitrix Technology

Arrowly ("Arrowly", "we", "us") is a puzzle game made by Vitrix Technology. This policy explains what information the Arrowly app collects, how it is used and the choices you have. Arrowly does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or a password, and you never need an account to play.

1. Information we collect

  • Anonymous player ID. When you first play, the app creates a random ID so leaderboards, cloud saves and reminders work. It is not linked to your name or contact details.
  • Nickname and avatar. The app picks a random nickname for you; players aged 13 and over can change it. Your nickname and the emoji avatar you pick are shown on public leaderboards inside the game.
  • Game results and progress. Levels cleared, stars, Daily Puzzle and Weekly Challenge times and mistakes, achievements and settings. Your results are used for leaderboards, and a copy of your progress is kept as a cloud save (see below).
  • Age range. When you first open the app we ask whether you are under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 or older. We use the answer to decide how ads and analytics work for you.
  • Notification token. If you turn on reminders, we store a token from Apple or Google that lets us send you notifications, along with your device platform and time-zone offset.
  • Usage and device information. For players 13 and over, Google Analytics for Firebase records how the app is used (for example which modes are played), an app instance ID, your device model and operating system, and your approximate region based on your IP address.
  • Crash reports. Firebase Crashlytics collects technical details when the app crashes so we can fix problems.
  • Advertising information. Google AdMob shows ads in Arrowly. It may collect your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone only if you allow tracking), your IP address and approximate location, and how you interact with ads.
  • Purchases. If you buy something in the app, the App Store or Google Play processes the payment. We receive a purchase record through RevenueCat so we can unlock and restore what you bought. We never see your card details.

2. Cloud save and your save code

Arrowly keeps a copy of your game progress in the cloud under a random 16-character save code. The code is stored on your device (and, on iPhone, in the Keychain) so your progress can come back if you reinstall the game. You can find it in Settings → Your progress and use it to continue on a new phone. Anyone who has your code can load that progress, so keep it to yourself.

3. How we use information

  • To run the game: save progress, show leaderboards, restore purchases and cloud saves.
  • To send reminders you have turned on.
  • To understand how the game is played and fix crashes.
  • To show ads, which keep Arrowly free to play.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Service providers we use

These companies process data under their own privacy policies. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where they operate.

5. Ads and tracking

On iPhone, we ask for your permission before your advertising identifier is used to track you across other companies' apps and websites, and you can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you say no, or are under 18, you see non-personalised ads. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown.

6. Children

Arrowly is made for players 13 and older, and we ask every player's age before anything else. If you tell us you are under 13, we turn off analytics, show only ads that are child-directed and not personalised, never ask to track you, and do not let you type in a nickname. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us personal information, use Settings → Delete my data in the app or contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Delete your data: Settings → Delete my data removes your leaderboard entries, scores, cloud save, notification token and anonymous ID from our servers and resets the game on your device.
  • Notifications: turn reminders off in the app's Settings or your phone's settings.
  • Ads: limit ad tracking in your device settings as described above.

Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of "sharing" for targeted advertising. Sharing your advertising identifier with AdMob for personalised ads may count as such sharing; you can opt out by denying tracking or limiting ad tracking on your device. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

8. How long we keep information

Leaderboard entries, scores, cloud saves and notification tokens are kept until you delete them with Delete my data. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days. Progress stored on your device stays there until you delete the app or reset your progress.

9. Security

Information sent between the app and our service providers is encrypted in transit. Our database rules only let each player write their own leaderboard entries. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
